Meet the Team

Jack Kemp
Prior to Phase Three Brands, Mr. Kemp served as CFO for a multi-million-dollar segment of a public financial services company with previous corporate experience in strategy, corporate development, and M&A investment banking. Jack served five years in the United States Army, primarily as an infantry officer, with deployments to Iraq and Kosovo. Selected military awards and designations include the Bronze Star Medal, Ranger Tab, and Airborne Wings. He earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and is a graduate of the United States Military Academy. Jack has two daughters, Mary, age 7, and Lilly, age 4.

Pete Bedzyk
Pete brings more than 30 years of restaurant expertise to the Phase Three Brands team. Mr. Bedzyk’ s restaurant experience ranges from server to company president and owner of a multi-unit, multi-state casual dining chain, Timber Lodge Steakhouses. His concept experiences spans everything from buffets, single unit fine dining, casual, fast casual, and of course quick service restaurants. Pete has a proven track record of building teams and accountability structures.

Bree Sarka
Ms. Sarka brings more than 20 years of restaurant finance and accounting expertise to the Phase Three Brands team. Ms. Sarka most recently served as CFO of a private equity backed multi-unit developing franchisor, where she helped design and build operational and financial systems, and helped roll out and measure a new delivery platform for the business. Previous experience includes VP of Strategic Implementation at Bloomin’ Brands, Inc, and VP of Finance at Carrabba’s Italian Grill.
